FullRemoteTalent is a remote-first recruitment agency based in the Netherlands. We connect European companies with verified remote professionals and support job seekers in finding meaningful work across borders.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, clients, and candidates who use our website, submit forms, or engage with our recruitment services.

3. Services We Provide

• Connecting companies with pre-screened remote professionals
• Sharing selected candidate profiles with clients
• Receiving and evaluating job applications or open CVs
• Facilitating direct communication between clients and candidates
• Supporting onboarding or replacement in case of unsuccessful hires

We act as an intermediary. Employment agreements, contracts, and payment terms are handled directly between client and candidate.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate job descriptions and hiring requirements
• Respond promptly to candidate introductions
• Maintain clear and respectful communication
• Inform us in case of a hire or change of decision
• Ensure compliance with all employment contracts, legal obligations, and onboarding processes

5. Candidate Responsibilities

• Submit accurate and up-to-date information
• Respond to interview or contact requests
• Inform us of any job acceptance or changes
• Act professionally during the recruitment process

Candidates are solely responsible for their employment decisions and contracts entered into with companies.

6. Fees and Replacement Policy

We do not charge any upfront fees. Clients are invoiced only upon successful hire.

If a hired candidate leaves or does not meet expectations within the agreed trial period, we offer one free replacement, subject to availability.

6A. External Job Board Promotion

If the client requests external promotion of a vacancy via third-party job boards (e.g., RemoteOK, WeWorkRemotely, Wellfound), FullRemoteTalent may coordinate such listings on behalf of the client. Any costs associated with these postings will be invoiced separately and must be paid in advance. These promotional costs are non-refundable and not covered by the standard no cure, no pay model.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, visuals, and design—is owned by FullRemoteTalent unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Our handling of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the data terms described there.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any employment disputes, compensation issues, or damages resulting from candidate or client actions. Our role is facilitative, not contractual.
